This working unicorn learn appears to be in very good condition. The eyes of blue. The horn, hoove, and mane are gold. The rest is black. There is one noticeable fleck of paint missing on the left ribs. See photographs.
Almost 2 feet in length, and approximately 2 feet in height with the shade. Heavy ceramic piece. Recent estate acquisition. Do not know if the paint is original or not. We were told it\'s from some time in the 50s or 60s.
The socket which is attached to the brass poles in the back of the unicorns head may be loosened / removed without disconnecting the wires - and wrapped to protect both it and the unicorn during shipment. It will be easy to reattach by simply twisting it on, and tightening the setscrew.
