Below is a video link and some photos for you to see the camper\'s outside condition and theinterior unit. The video was filmed on May 14, 2017. Please notethat there is airfreshener on the mattresses -- it protects against bugs and mice while theunit is in storage for the winter.

First, what the camper has as standard…

It has two king sized pull out beds, one twinbed convertible to a kitchen table and two benches (seats 4 comfortably), oneextended twin convertible to a wrap around sofa.
It has one 3 burner gas stove inside (allworking) and a sink. It also has anexternal gas two burner gas grill (working).
It has a front storage container, accessiblefrom the top and the sides.
It has tons of interior storage.
It has two interior lights (working) and a doorlight on the outside (working).
It has a mini electric refrigerator that weretrofit into the refrigerator opening (see below).
It has an interior heater (we have never usedit).
It has a spare tire.
It has an INTERIOR portable 13000 BTU air conditioner (included) thatwe retrofit into the front compartment.I did this to allow us the benefit of air conditioning WITHOUTcompromising the roof.
The screening is loose but intact and no holes.
It has two propane tanks with plastic cover.
A VERY IMPORTANT characteristic of this camper isthat the roof is METAL. It was one ofthe last metal roofs obtained when Fleetwood stopped manufacturing Colemans. If you know anything about the late modelColeman campers, you know that spider cracking compromised the ABS roofs andled to interior leaking. That is not an issue in this camper because theroof is a metal roof and not plastic.Note however that the upgrade does add some weight to the industrystatements.
It has a clear Pennsylvania title, and has beeninsured.
It does have an electric brake system.
It does have a stabilizing bar system.
It does have an awning with three bars (see photos)

What it does not have…

It does not have a shower or indoor toilet.
It does not have hot water.
It does not have a working 3-way refrigerator,BUT we do still have the refrigerator and we know that it only needs a heatingcoil (approx.. $200). For us, we werenot using the unit as much and it didn’t make sense to fix it when I had anelectric refrigerator available. It is valued at over $800.
It does not have a battery, BUT it does have thehook up for one. We have just alwaysstayed in a KOA location and did not need to use battery power.
It does not have a perfect body – there are somedents, some missing stickers, and the plastic tire rim was damaged when we blewa tire two years ago. I have been unableto find a replacement rim.
