I\'M NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THIS & I NOTICED THERE IS A PLACE ON THE CORD THAT HAS ELECTRICAL TAPE WRAPPED AROUND IT & I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. SINCE IT WORKS PERFECTLY, I DECIDED NOT TO REMOVE THE TAPE.

THE ORIGINAL BOX HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS...SHOWS AGE & WEAR.
