US Shipping:
USPS Shipping is $3 for the first coin and $.25 for each additional coin. Combined shipping is applied during the checkout process- simply click on the checkout link to calculate the total for the order. If items are missing from the checkout invoice, request a new invoice from us so we can manually combine all winnings. Items must be paid together in one single payment to receive the shipping discount. We do not combine items paid separately or refund fees for multiple payments. All packages are privately insured and include Delivery Confirmation. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from the day payment is received. Payment is expected within 7 days of when the sale ends.
Bulk Shipping Discount:
We offer a shipping cap of $12 for coins ordered over a seven day period that are paid on the same invoice. In order to receive the $12 shipping rate you must:
• Win all items within a seven day period.
• Request a single combined invoice after all relevant items have been won.
• Make one single payment for all of the items through checkout or via credit card over the phone.
Failure to follow any of these conditions will void the shipping discount. We do not combine items paid separately or refund fees for multiple payments. This discount applies only to domestic orders and the shipping method is selected at our discretion.
Expedited US Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for $20 for the first coin and $.25 for each additional coin. All packages are privately insured. Most expedited orders are shipped within 1 business day from the day payment is received. USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to all zip codes. Please put a note in the message of your Paypal payment to let us know you are paying for expedited shipping otherwise your order may be delayed.
International Shipping:
We ONLY ship to USA and Canada. International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail. The shipping fee is $21 for the first coin and $.25 for each additional coin. No tracking or insurance services are available for international orders. The customer is liable for any fees or taxes incurred by customs. We do NOT ship to any countries other than USA and Canada.
Returns for Refund: If dissatisfied with your purchase orwish to return it for any reason,you must return the purchasewithin14 days to the address below.Please include with the return a description of why you are dissatisfied, as well as the sale information. Failure to include this information may delay processing your return. Due to recent change\'s in \'s return procedures, we can no longer exchange returns.
