This Autographed insert is Card Number #JJ and is Serial Numbered #32/99 (only 99 made). In general, autograph cardswere inserted into packs at a 1 per 12 packs ratio. Card seems to be in fine condition, with some typical slight edge/corner wear/chipping but with no major flaws that you should be able to see and judge for yourself from the scans.
