ANTIQUE PAPIER MACHE’ DOLL ~ BIG BROWN EYES

BODY Her body appears to be a coarse muslin material.She seems to be stuffed with straw and is made to be displayed standing. Wewill include her doll stand. Her torso andupper limbs are stuffed tightly and are stiff. Her lower arms and legs are papier mache’ mostlikely covered in Gesso.

CONDITION Our Papier Mache’ doll is in Very GoodAntique Condition. Her pretty face is lovely with big brown eyes and a sweet smile.She has a cracked spot in the papier mache’ on her forehead under her bangs andher old thinning wig seems to be her original mohair one (see photos 9 & 10). Our girl’s pretty whitedress and bonnet are well made and in very nice shape. We found a tiny hole inthe back of her dress near the hem. Her muslin/cloth body also appears to be invery good condition. There is some wear to her fingertips.Overall this old doll is really adorable and she displaysbeautifully!

We ship through the United States Postal Service, and we try to offer our customers the most appropriate postage options. We obtain a tracking number for each mailing.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Our basic shipping charge is set to cover postage and shipping materials, plus a small handling charge. We purchase postal.insurance for more expensive items, and requires Signature Confirmation delivery for items costing $750 or more. In some cases, we will require Signature Confirmation for certain items costing less. We add these costs to the total shipping charge for more expensive listings. If a shipping charge estimate is too high, we refund the appropriate amount to the customer after we have shipped the item and verified the actual cost.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We are usually able to offer combined shipping discounts. Assuming that multiple items can be appropriately shipped in one box, we begin with the charge for the heaviest item and add between $1 and $5 for extra items, depending on weight and additional packing material needed. The added charge could be more for unusually heavy or large items.
International customers: We are happy to offer combined shipping discounts to international buyers. The added charge for extra items can be higher than in the case of domestic shipping due to higher postage rates.Customers may contact us for combined shipping estimates.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: offerding from international customers is welcome! We accept PayPal payments only from other countries; we do not accept checks or currency. As noted above, we will combine shipping for international customers whenever possible and include the savings in our shipping charge on the invoice. We ship using Priority International Mail through the US Postal Service if a package weighs four pounds or more. When it weighs less, we also offer First Class International as an option. Please be aware that Priority International packages can be tracked while still in the United States, and they can be insured. First Class International cannot be insured, and so the customer assumes a risk for this less expensive choice. Also, please be aware that we do not mark items as \"gifts\" or report lower sales values on customs forms.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted for refund within a 14-day period of the receipt of the merchandise. We will refund shipping charges and return postage when defects or item characteristics were not noted in the original sales listing. In other cases, the refund covers just the purchase price. A returned item must be received in the same condition as when the item was sent.
