Red and blue design with a portrait of General McClellan within a circular frame surrounded by Flags, rifles and a shield in front \"We Have Beat Our Last Retreat\". #65 tied by a Grand Rapids, MICH DLC and \"DUE 3\" in a circle. Underneath the #65 is an unused #26 stamp. Maybe an \"Old Stamps\" usage? The cover has some rust lines on the front and is reduced on the left side.
