This is a Collection of 29 Original Vintage Menus from the France Line Ile de France from the early 1950s. (I think the latest one I found was from 1955.)They are quite beautiful and I would think even suitable for framing! Plus, reading them makes you really hungry, and give you some great dinner ideas! The largest of these menus measure approx. 13 1/2\" x 10 3/4\".And at less than $1.49 each, they\'re a great bargain!

These menus belonged to a dear friend\'s Grandmother. She was a well known milliner born in Paris, France c.1920. She moved to Hollywood c.1939, recruited by the famous Rex Salon in Beverly Hills, California, to make hats for the movies and for movie stars. She worked under the name \"Miss Suzanne\" and was very well traveled and well liked in sophisticated society. She made the transatlantic crossing on the Ile de France many times.

Here\'s your chance to own an authentic piece of history! This is what \'s all about! These menus would make an awesome addition to any home’s decor or mid-century collection, and would make a great gift, too! They would also make interesting & decorative conversation pieces. The pictures above show the condition of the actual items you will receive, as I don\'t use stock photography.

These menus are in good condition with vivid colors, but they do show some minor expected wear consistent with age. They are old and they look old! A few menus have writing on them, but the writing is very charming and a testament to how well loved Miss Suzanne was! (See photo #12.)
