31\" Antique German bisque doll. Back of perfect bisque head incised C.M. Bergmann Simon & Halbig 13 1/2. Blue sleep eyes are in their original plaster set, feathered and molded eyebrows, painted lower lashes, open mouth with 4 upper teeth and pierced ears. Original cardboard pate and original mohair wig. She has false eyelashes that are not original, of course, but could easily be removed. No cracks, chips or hairlines. There are a few small wig pulls on back of head.
The wood and composition balljointed body has no repairs or repaint except repaint to hands. There is one spot of crazing on right inside thigh of which I have taken a photo. The stringing is very loose and the doll needs to be restrung.
Newer clothing as pictured. This outfit was made for this doll by the original owner from her daughters prom dress. It fits perfectly.
