Hi , You are offerding on an ENORMOUS 33\'\' x 22\'\' IRON GOAT/RAMS HEAD STATUE.
This is a wonderful, weird and interesting display piece. It is mounted on a base roughly 12\'\' by 10\'\' and suspended on top of a pole.
The statue is ornately detailed. Perhaps pertaining to the ancient city of Persepolis?
There is no known signature or COO on this piece but we know that it is an authentic IRON STATUE and it is very old.
Would make a wonderful centerpiece in a collection. It is very DEATH METAL looking, potentially even Satanic.
There is damage to the statue. One of the horns has come detached from the head and has deteriorated, wearing it down in size. There is also a circular HOLE in the side of one of horns. Inside the statue there is plenty of wear as well where the various contours have started to wear away. There is minor rust to the statue and the base is suffering from wear as well.
I have scoured the internet and I cannot find another piece like this one! It is so unique and massive, guaranteed to inspire awe amongst your friends or family when they see it and the sheer enormity of this piece!
