For heavier items, please understand that we charge ACTUAL USPS shipping costs based on weight of package, and we unfortunately cannot control what the USPS sometimes charges for heavier packages. To avoid individual shipping charges and invoices, please use the Cart option for multiple items to enable \'s multiple invoicing. If instead, you purchase Buy It Now items, and they are purchased within 3 days, you may be charged for multiple shipping costs via \'s Invoice - do not be concerned, we will refund your excess shipping and charge only the actual weight charge for shipping for multiple combined items. Please inform us if you anticipate offerding on multiple items so we hold your first item back and don\'t ship. Also, even though you may receive an invoice from for each individual item, do not make payment until you have completed your offerding within those 3 days, at which time should submit a combined invoice, and if they fail to do so, please contact us prior to making payment so we can adjust your invoice accordingly BEFORE making final payment.

OUR POLICY

SHIPPING: WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT Monday through Saturday (excluding Sunday) if shipment is via USPO. We ship by US Postal Priority, Parcel Post, or First Class, whichever is less costly, or whichever method your choose,and we make every effort to keep our shipping costs low and close to exact cost to ship by weight. We unfortunately are constrained by USPS shipping charges, which can be high for heavier items. Our flat rates are based on approximate cost of shipping the item plus shipping materials. For books, we ship by US Postal Media unless requested and paid for upgrade in shipping. (Please allow extra transit time via Media Mail).

PAYMENT: PayPal payment is expected to reachus within2 days. If we do not receive payment within the2 day period, we automatically submit a request for refund from and re-list the item.

response: We leave response for you at time of shipping usually, and request, if for whatever reason , you are dissatisfied with your purchase, to please contact us first before leaving negative response as we will do everything in our power to do toaddress your issues in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

PACKAGING:We package and wrap items with care, exactly the waywe would expectanything we purchased to be packaged. Individual pieces of jewelry are bubble-wrapped for protection and mailed first class in bubble envelopes, as are other small and flatter items. Larger purchases or bulky items will be shipped in boxes appropriate to size, with bubble wrap to protect the item, and with care and consideration for safe arrival to you.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES:We arehappy to combine shipping for multiple purchases within a 3 day period. Cost to ship in that case for jewelry will be actual first and highest shipping cost, with each additional item in same package shipped with small additional fee or free,as stated in description. For heavier, and calculated listings, we combine the weight for multiple items and subtract one pound to arrive at actual cost for shipping. Please emailus to let usknow if you are offerding or planning to offer on more than one ofour sales if over more than one day time span. Should you win more than one ofour sales, please wait for \'s, or our invoice, which will reflect the combined shipping cost.

PICTURES: Please be sure to inspect the pictures carefully to see the condition of the item, as well as the size, either shown with comparable size coins, rulers, or as held in the hand for small items. For larger items, we will list the exact measurements in the description. Small items may sometimes look considerably larger in the picture than they actually are.

DESCRIPTIONS:We can give an educated guess as to when something was made, aswe have studied over the years numbers of different vintage and antique items, but it is still onlyour opinion. (We are not appraisers.) If this is a critical criteria to you, please letus know and perhaps we can decide between the two of us ifwe are in error. Pleasekeep in mind that vintage and antique items are used, and thus will seldom, if ever, look brand new or come without flaws.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:Unless stated as new, antique and vintage items will almost always showsome kind of wear or use.We will try to indicate any obvious defects that we see. Please inspect the photos carefully to see in detail the condition of the item.
