I believe these to be Federal, the only makers mark on them on the bottom is either a capital cursive F or a head and an arm (one glass seems to have a 4 on the bottom). I believe them to be vintage as they were bought at an estate sale. They are cool. They measure 7\" tall and 2.5\" in diameter.
