Beautiful set of 4 handpainted vintage china plates from Royal Doulton. The plates were made in England, and are 8.5\" across with scalloped edges. The plates are a lovely, soft yellow color with black band accents. They have a pretty center design of a basket of field flowers in a variety of colors. The plates are marked D 4207, I could not find the name of the pattern. The set is in terrific condition, there are no cracks or chips on any of the plates and the colors are clean and bright. The glaze is crackled with age, otherwise the plates are perfect. So pretty, and probably from the 30s or 40s based on the colors and pattern!
