The two rear wheels have knobby motorcycle tires, and the front have slick motorcycle tires.It has hydraulic disk breaks on rear, but they are not connected. Bolt missing from one caliper used to hold in place.Storage under both seats.
Very smooth ride and comfortable!
The shafts and pole are included in the sale. The pole needs to be assembled with bolts, contains 2 singletrees.
The carriage is used, so it does have some blemishes on the paint. But they do not ruin the fun you will have adding more scratches to it!
