It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that thier purchase is legal in thier country and for any Customs import charges- sorry but I am not able to be familiar with the import laws of all countries!
* Please make sure that your delivery address which you have registered with , is correct. I cannot post to unregistered addresses, sorry. *Due to work times (I work \"on immediate call\" etc) I cannot offer collection from my house.

POSTAGE-

All items within the UKare sent \"Signed For\", first class.

All items being sent overseas:Any item sent overseas, regardless of value, is sent via Airmail Signed For.

Royal Mail \"Signed For\", both inland and overseas is is a secure service with a tracking number.

You will need to sign for the item when you receive it.If you do not receive it within six days from the sale ending, it is your responsibility to check with your local Royal Mail/ postal delivery office as they will be holding it for you to collect, and you will need to go and sign for it.
Please allow up to 5 weeks for overseas delivery
You will have a maximum of 7 working days to collect it from them as per their holding policies.

I do not charge more P&P than the value of the stamps that it takes to post to you,

as charged by Royal Mail for the relevant tracked postal service.

You can verify this by checking the value of the postage paid on the packet when you receive it, if you are concerned.

This also means that the packaging is utilitarian-grade only, often recycled. It is guaranteed clean and smoke-free, but please be awarethatI cannot giftwrap or perfume your item, or provide for other special packing requests.

DISPATCH TIME

I aim to send items out within three working days (excluding bank holidays, and weekends) of receiving cleared payment. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you within that three days and let you know. If there is a delay you will have the option of a refund, if the estimated delay time is longer than you are prepared to wait.
