Shipping Information

We only ship to United States & Canada. We don\'t ship to Guam and Virgin. Local pickup is unavailable.
Generally, we ship out the orders on the next business day after payment confirmed. (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.). Tracking number will be added on once your order shipped out.
Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout. Please don\'t use non-standard abbreviations. Should incorrect or incomplete postal address be provided with, resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery fee if a replacement or exchange item is required. UPS charges $11 for re-directing package due to non-deliverable address provided.
If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
We do offer Next day air/2nd day and 3 day select with UPS, there rates are quite high for sending our batteries. We do not refund shipping cost if you have ordered incorrectly.
We ship to Porto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii AFO/APO address via USPS Priority Mail. Customers in these areas are recommended to contact us for shipping details before placing an order. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any delays caused by this.

For Canadian orders:

Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. No tracking information is available for Canadian orders.
Package transit time normally takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and various customs clearance as well as factors other than Postal Service\'s control.
The shipping cost of Canada does not include local taxes- PST, GST and HST.

Return & Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, please email us to obtain the RMA No.. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains 80% of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.
For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.

Returns due to customer\'s error:

Please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within 15 days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

Returns due to our error:

If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
After 30 days and up to 90 days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective products. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
After 90 days and up to 1 year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones). If refund, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
