All orders ship via: USPS Priority 1-3 Day, flat rate $15.00. We do offer $10 refund for combined order shipping. Refunds are processed after shipping, as there are no guarantees we can combine, but we do try!We only ship to US 48 states, via USPS Priority mail, on Tuesday\'s and Wednesdays so you have the best chance to receive your eggs by Sunday! All eggs are collected special for every order to ensure they are fresh and stored in a cool humid Environment. We have great customers, awesome reviews and hatch rates, however there are always a few that don\'t understand how the process works or accept reponsibilty for their purchase, so Please READ the following information VERY carefully! We take great care of our birds and eggs, and know how to store and pack them so they arrive in good condition. However, once your eggs leave our farm we have no control over how they are handled through the shipping process and due to the below we Do Not guarantee hatch results.
There are many things that can cause a perfectly good fertile egg to not develop or hatch: poor PO handling, late PO delivery, xrays, box damaged, airsac damage, infertility, your incubation techniques, wrong humidity, temperature fluctuations, equipment failure, weather, etc... FERTILITY:
I work very hard to keep our Roosters & Hens in top health and monitor their activities to ensure they are actively breeding and test eggs on a monthly basis. Mother Nature works in mysterious ways! Roosters don\'t always get mating technique right and sometimes a hen will avoid a rooster with all their yelling and running they can muster! We always try to include a couple extra eggs to offset any damaged or infertile eggs. Please NOTE! Fertility can be lower during colder weather due to molting and hens preference, so please keep that in mind. !! 50% DISCOUNT FOR LOW HATCH RATE !!
We truly want you to have a great hatch rate, however as mentioned, there are just too many variables that can impact hatching. Most Sellers do not replace unhatched eggs or offer any type of assistance, but We Do! As our valued customer, if your hatch rate is less then 30%, we are happy to extend you a one-time replacement of the unhatched eggs at a 50% discount!!
To qualify for the discount, your hatch rate must be less then 30% (not including extras). You must send detailed pictures of the unhatched eggs, showing our hand written egg code, which should be at least 10 days after starting incubation. **You should only candle eggs on the 10th day or after, to check fertility! Once we receive pictures, we will send you an invoice for the 50% discounted replacement eggs. Sorry, we do not provide refunds or accept returns for ANY reason! The 50% Discount is your second chance to own some of our beautiful rare breed chickens, as it\'s our goal to preserve these beautiful birds, so future generations can enjoy them as much as we do!Thank you so much for considering our gorgeous Polish Chickens!
