#64 pale pink shade with a blue Oberlin, Ohio CDS and circular grid cancel on a beautiful multicolored naval design in red, blue and brown with a sailor, female, Flag and ship, cannon, etc. The #64 pink has a small tear at right & short corner perf at upper right. The cover is clean and in Fine to VF condition, reduced slightly on the right. The cover comes with a Bill Weiss certificate of authenticity.
