This listing is for a delicate and lovely 7.5\" tall decorative glass bud vase. The top opening diameter is 1.25\" and the at the widest point is 5.5\" in circumference. Lovely little vase for a small bokay of flowers or dried flowers or leave plain for the sun light to bounce off of the amethyst glass. It is made by Libbey right here in our United States of America!Shipping/Handling time, when at all possible, will be same day or one day excluding weekends, holidays or anytime the USPS is closed. You must order and pay for your item or items immediately for this service.Unfortunately, we have had to request “immediate payment” on all purchases due to an extreme amount of non paying individuals. Your order and payment must be received by 12 noon (EST) of the day of order for this service and will be shipped either that day or the day after. Usually within 24 hours. If your order or payment is received after 12 noon (EST), add one day to this service. If your order and payment is on a weekend, holiday or anytime the USPS is closed, your item or items will be shipped the next business day they are open. This service is excluded on large items that require special packaging and handling.Shipping is free and includes careful packaging with bubble wrap, card board dividers and paper, reasonable handling fee, heavy duty box, tracking number and delivery confirmation. The exception is if you need super fast shipping it will not be free. Please contact me for expedited shipping prices. Please be aware that I have no control over the USPS rates but I will mail the least expensive and safest way.Refunds/Returns - You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. On top of these fees PayPal charges me 2.90% of the total sale including shipping and handling, plus $.30 per transaction.EXAMPLE: If your total order comes to $30.00, charges me $3.90 and PayPal charges me $1.17, then they deduct the cost of the shipping, lets say it is $10.50. This leaves me $14.43 of a $30.00 sale. Now I have to deduct the cost of the item which for the sake of this example, lets say my cost is $5.00, now I have $9.43. Now I need to deduct an estimated $2.00 the cost of packing materials, tissue paper, bubble wrap and popcorn and an estimated $1.00 for gas to deliver the package to the post office.
