They are old and show wear.
6 of the clips are the same design, and 1 is totally different.
Of the 6 clips that are alike, you can see the remains of some red paint on two, remains of blue paint one, and remains of gold on three. They all have a hook on the bottom, I guess so that you could hang an ornament.
The 7th clip is silver with a wound copper candle holder.
