EXQUISITE but old weary bag with mirrorwork & embroidery.The bag made of suede-like soft material is embellished with a patch of an antique Rabari Embroidery and an Afghan Beaded Patch
The mirrors used include the diamond-shape cut which is rare! This type of cut more or less disappeared a few decades ago.
The textile is old and has signs of wear but the style of the embroidery is so clearly old that the overall impact is powerful.
Textile patch is probably 50-60 years old.Several mirrors missing. Frayed threads. Fading. Used Bag.
