Jackson Stopped Signing These in 1833 Due to Time Constraints and the Duty Passed to His Secretary by Order of Congress. Signed Pretty Early in His Presidency. The Document has Obvious Wear. See Photos and Description Above. Nice Signature. Light Fold Through \"A\" in \"Andrew\". Item has Folds, Spots, Stains, Edge Wear, Two Holes That do not Affect the Jackson Signature. Co-Signed by Elijah Hayward. Fold at Edge of \"N\" at end of Signature. Edges Rough in Places. Document has Either Split at Lower Folds or Been Cut. All Present with Exception of The Two Holes. Bottom Sections Have Been Reinforced Back Together With Tape on Verso of Document. Filing Notations Also on Verso. Seal is Present. Comes With a Nice Actual 19th Century Period Engraving.
