Being offered is an Exquisite Antique Set of (9) Carl Thieme Dresden Hand-Painted 6 1/4\" Reticulated Plates. This particular Thieme mark seen in picture (12) was used Circa 1901, the back of the plates are also marked Dec:895 Depose and have the incised numbers 5855. The plates are scalloped with gold floral accents & trim and have a gorgeous reticulated border embellished with raised blue & gold beading and pierced cartouches which feature multi-floral clusters. The center of each plate is decorated with vibrant multi-floral swags and sprays each having a different floral motif. All of the plates are in MINT CONDITION with no chips, cracks or crazing showing absolutely no signs of wear or usage delivering a bright & glossy finish, the gold is in pristine condition.
