There are two of these 1mm round stones to the right and left side of the center solitaire set in the band. Besides these design elements I appreciate the milligrain texturing to the surface of the ring, this texture gives the ring an antique estate look, it just makes the round center stone in this traditional six prong mounting look all that much richer and romantic, this is a touch of yesteryear in design yet modern and fresh!
