This quite large original antique print of comical cats I think dates to around 1890/1900, the print depicts cats at a table drinking and smoking in a very human way and is typical of the pictures produced by Louis Wain , there is no signature on the print but sure this is his work, the print is mounted in its original frame and backing although the frame is quite tatty and has no glass so may need to be replaced, the print measures 19.5 x 9.5 inches, there are couple of scuffs and scratches as shown but in pretty good condition for its age
