A Fine and Elegant Art Nouveau WMF Candlestick with hand beaten and planished domed base, sconce and candle holder in typical Celtic style.
C1910-20.
There is a tiny WMF emossed motif to centre of base(very faded).The candlestick is in three sections:1.Domed base and ball stem.2.Domed sconce.3.Candle holder.

The candlestick was probably original WMF silver plated.
The piece is damaged at the join between th domed base and the stem. At some stage in its life it was possibly dropped, broken, and then re-soldered. It is now almost hanging by a thread and requires re-hand soldering.No other damage or splits.
