A very early pair of child\'s lovely small country tin candle sconces out of a recent Maine sale and measuring just 5 3/4\" tall. American smithy-made with a rounded and crimped pie crust top, stamped out hanging hole, and a flat base with front up-turned edge. Candle sockets are attached using the late 18th/early 19th Century cleat method. All in superb as found original surface and damage free condition. 5 3/4\" t. x 3 1/8th\" w. x 2\" d.
