A TYPICAL EARLY 19TH CENTURY SCHOOLGIRL SAMPLER. It rows of alphabets and numbers. It then identifies the maker as \"J.C\".
Great colors with only minimal fading. No losses or additions.
The frame is period as is the backboard.
Frame is 14\" wide and 11 1/2 tall, sampler is 12\" by 9 1/4\".
WE HAVE NOT REMOVED THE PIECE FROM THE FRAME.
