A Fine17/ 18th C Edo period (Iron) Tetsu sukashi Katana Tsuba. Koshirae fitting. Maru Gata shape.Stunning chiseled cut out decoration depicting 3 bats in flight over waves and a landscape and foliage. Copper Sekigane. A lovely dark rich patina.
It measures approximately 8cm across x 3mm thick.Please note that the Tsuba has been photographed under bright light to show the detailing in some of the images.
