This is an original Adlake non-sweating lamp from Chicago. I am no expert but I understand these would be used as railroad switches or traffic lights.

This is a great piece of American history and in solid condition. It does no include the glass lenses, but if you wanted some, those could be purchased and added.

I would call it a mounting bracket, at the bottom is included, see the pictures; as it is Bolted around the base or bottom of the lamp.
