Up for sale is a wonderful, rare,vintage ANRI wooden hand carved Infant Jesus chapel/shrine labeled, \"Nativity Chapel with music\". I believe the carving is by Karl Kuolt since it is identical to his 6\" Infant Jesus nativity carving and found among his carvings in a 1959 ANRI catalog. The chapel contains a music box which plays the song, \"Silent Night\".

The chapel is approximately 5.5\" in height and 5.5\" in width. There is an oval foil ANRI sticker on the bottom along with a purple stamp which reads, \"HANDCARVED IN ITALY\". There is also a label on the bottom reading, \"Stille Nacht\". (Silent Night) The ANRI foil sticker on the bottom of the chapel dates it between 1954 through 1967.

PLEASE NOTE that this chapel is invery nicevintage condition; however, there are two things I need to mention. First, there is red mark on the chapel roof that looks to be made with a permanent marker. Since I usually display it with Spanish moss or greenery, this can easily be covered. Second, the music box plays nicely when wound but the lever on the back of the chapel is not in working order. This may be easily fixed, but I know nothing about music boxes.

Due tothe above mentioned,the chapel is being sold in \"AS IS\" condition.

It a just adorable and a beautiful representation of Infant Jesus, especially during the Christmas holidays!
