There are four or five little nibbles out of the edge where a wire hanger has taken the gilding off. I have shown the biggest chip on the back.
Very thick paint on a milky blue porcelain / China.
The deep rim on the back has evidence of salt sticking to the glaze during firing, which adds to the interest of the plate.
I am not an expert on Chinese wares but this piece still displays well, and for a fraction of the price some are selling for on this site.
