This is an interesting, old late 19th Century German violin circa 1890s.
This violin has an absolutely remarkable sound...its a real powerhouse.
My lutheir believes it was made in Germany icirca 1890s,possibly a bit
earlier. It is an old, unlabeled full sized 4/4 instrument. There are no
sound post cracks, no cracks to the neck or scroll. Its had some
restoration as you can see...and the wear you\'d expect ina 100+
year old violin. I love the sound of this violin and as always I\'ve
posted a video of this violin being played so that you canjudge
it for yourself. I\'ve also included many large photos below.

CONDITION REPORT:This is a nice old German violin in nice vintage condition. No sound
post cracks, no cracks to the neckorscroll, ...andnoopen seams.
This has been restored, but is sold as is. Naturally, there are the usual
cosmetic issues...losses to the old, dark varnish, the usual scratches,
dings,that a violin of thisage has...exactly what youwant to see
in an antique instrument.Itis anestateinstrumentand I generally
recommend that withany vintageorantiqueinstrument that in
timeyou consider having itsetuptoconformto your personal
tastesand playing style...it maybenefit fromhavingnew strings,
peg adjustment, a new bridge, etc.It is clearlyplayable as you
