This is an old 19th Century shadow box frame with an unusual Folk art paper doll like pen and ink or watercolor art work Revolutionary soldier Paul Revere type character on horse attached to the backside of the old period glass with bubbles. The frame has shiny gold gilt mirror like finish and is 16\' by 13\" by 2 3/8\". The inside measurements is approximately measuring through the glass about 9 1/2\" by 6 1/2\". The top left corner has gesso gold gilt loss and the top backside rail that you don\'t see has a gesso thin strip loss that has been touched up. It weighs 4 1/2 pounds. You should love it.
