Antique 19th - 20th Century pair of magnificent and important French Mon Odiot Solid Silver four-light cast candelabra, beautifully modelled in the Rococo style, each foliate-sheathed spirally fluted baluster stem supporting candlearms acanthus-leaf and flower embellished, each piece stands on a shape-circular form foot resting on three shell-headed feet and embellished with protruding flowers.
Each part Hallmarked French silver (950 standard), Paris, year 1894-1906, Maker\'s mark PR C (Prevost, Recipon et Cie, successor to and succeeded by Maison Odiot, exceptionally important manufacturer). Each base is also stamped \"Mon Odiot\" and numbered 2207.
