Antique 20th Century Continental Solid Silver mounted glass wine claret jug, etched glass body decorated with scrolling foliage and flowers, silver foot, collar and lid decorated with a similar Renaissance-inspired decoration, the hinged lid opens pulling the trigger, figural handle modelled as a winged figure.

The trigger is stamped \"800\" (for 800 silver standard), no other visible marks, probably German or Austrian, year about 1900.

In Great Condition - No damage, just general wear.
