Antique tea set . all four pieces are hallmarked QUADRUPLE NEW YORK 911 WR and two little pictures see pictures below for details
This is a quadruple plate tea service set in 4 pieces. Marked WR New York 911. Symbols of celtic cross (left) and jug (right). This is by William Rogers co.
probably dates from around 1920\'s
tea set has lost the silver plating on the outside of all the pieces. The set is very old probably from 1920\'s, vintage family set that has been stored for years.
the tea pot has a hinged lid , the silver color can be seen inside the tea pot, nice and shiny compared to the outside. footed with pattern on one sideof thepot, and detailed design on the handle around the tea pot and the spout. besides wear to the outside finish the tea pot also has some dents, tea pot alone weighs one pound
the creamer has the same pattern, one of the feet is dented and bent also some dings in the creamer, the finish inside the creamer is also worn, same detail around the spout and handle as the tea pot, creamer weight is 6.4 oz
two more pieces with double handles. same condition, the outside finish is worn and there are some dings to the pieces. one of the bowls has the feet bent and one foot is missing. the feet on this onepiece are all damaged
preowned set with concerns as mentioned, very old tea server.
