ANTIQUE 5\" GERMAN BISQUE DOLL COMPOSITION BODY MOHAIR WIG SOUVENIR COSTUME:

This sale is for a charming little antique German doll wearing her original costume dress. So cute! Great for your antique dollhouse! She measures just over 5\" tall. She has painted features with blue eyes and closed mouth. There is one small hidden chip in the bisque head at the back of the neck opening (please see 7th photo). No other chips, no cracks or hairlines in the head. She appears to be well-strung. The back of her bisque head is only marked with the numbers \"39\"  and \"13.\" She has a 5-piece composition body with painted greyish-white stockings and black heeled shoes. No chips or cracks in the hands or feet but slight wear to the painted finish and some light staining.

She has a nice long brown mohair wig that is thick and wavy but messy - requires some attention. 

The costume seems to be in fairly good shape but there is a hole in the front of the doll\'s right sleeve and one at the right side waist area on the red skirt (please see last two photos). Also the usual discoloration of the fabric commensurate with age. The outfit is crudely sewn on and pinned into the doll\'s body. Please use zoom feature to view details on description.
