A lovely antique Victorian English mourning ring; made from beautifully woven hair, with a solid 9 carat gold (tests) fitting with black & white vitreous enamel decoration.It dates fromthe early Victorian periodand isinvery good condition throughout, with slight \'pulling\' of a few hairs but no loss or damage. It weighs0.7grams and measures6 mm wide. Its ring size is around 6 US / MUK - not resizeable.The final photo shows it with a US penny (1 cent) coinfor scale, which measures19mm/ ¾ of an inchdiameter.
