This is a very rare, fully hallmarked and highly detailed piece as you can see from the pictures. The person who made this fireman\'s hose fob back in the 19th century had to have gone through a painstaking process. It was, obviously, made as a presentation piece and inscribed to an \"E. Smith\". The dimensions are as follows: 36.25 mm (1.428\") height, 34.2 mm (1.349\") width and 3.9 mm (.15\") length. The winner of this sale will not be disappointed as I have never seen another piece like it. To me, it\'s a museum quality piece.
