Thick and heavy crystal with excellent clarity beautifully reflects light. The heavy for its size box mounted into bronze dore mounts with strong and secure hinge which works properly. Skilfully beveled corners of the box as well as edges of the lid and base, speaks of a quality of an old time artisans. This hand made casket is a delightful treasure to own. It stands slightly over 3\" high; 3 1/2\" x 2 1/4\". It is in very good condition, with 2 nicks to very bottom, when casket stands these are not visible, and one nick to corner on the lid, this one right on beveled edge, hard to note, otherwise just find antique piece.
