Antique Austrian Silver Pendant....

This is a really unusual peice of \"Austro Hungarian\" jewellery as it is larger and much heavier than other pieces I have handled. It is set with paste/ glassgarnets and I love it, it is so unusual!

The rear is marked with two Hoopoebird marks for 935 (although it is actually stamped 925!) and the city letter of Linz. There is also a clear makers (?)mark BAS in a rectangular frame- I have no idea who this could be. I date this to between 1925 - 35 so not exactly in the Austro Hungarian Empire dates but makers didn\'t just stop because borders changed!

Anyway, an interesting and substantial piece of jewellery.
