An antique pair of Russian Ukrainian porcelain figurines circa 1960, made in the good old USSR, depicting aquarrelingpair of a man and a woman, known as Karas and Odarka, folk characters, both are dressed in traditional folk attire. Realistic facial expressions. Designed by the artist Shcherbin, manufactured in Kiev, Ukraine. Markings on the bottom as shown on pictures. Length 9 1/2" or 24.5 cm.
