ANTIQUE RARE 10\" PAPER MACHE Christmas SANTA GERMAN RABBIT FUR BEARD BOBBLE HEAD CANNDY CONTAINER c1920sThis is an incredible piece from the 1920s Germany. Santa has a Paper Mache body Thick wire kneck that allows the head to bobble. The head is a very thin celluloid or similar composite. The beard is real rabbit fur and the jacket is made of felt. Please look at the pictures closely. This is what it looks like. Amazingly, there are no breaks, cracks or other damage....just the normal age wear (faded paint). The mid portion of body that opens up to store candy has been scotch taped, so I have not looked inside. The buyer can do this.
