This sale is for an antique collectors tin commemoratingthe Coronation of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II on June 2nd1953. This pieceis in excellent condition for being over 60 years old. As you can see in mypictures all graphics are still very intact and legible, but with a fewdefects. It does have a few areas of wear and has been slightly faded fromyears of display. This unique octagonal tin has three main focal points. Thefirst is of course is the hinged lid, depicting the King and Queen with title.The second being the front side of the tin depicting the famous BuckinghamPalace in London. Lastly, on the reverse side is Windsor Castle in Windsor. Theinside of the tin is flawless and there is zero evidence of corrosion ormoisture damage on this piece. Overall this is an amazing piece with everlastingsubject matter that will provide its new owner with years of enjoyment.
