Great piece in really good condition. Measures about 12 inches wide by 19 inches tall and about 23 inches from back to front. All original rubber, wheels are not woreout and turn perfectly. Rust is only surface and no where is it rusted through or bad. Paint and pinstriping on wheels are original and in unbelievable condition. There is a welded repair on the bottom of the handle bar, see picture. Condition I have described is only my opinion, please see pictures.
