This primitive antique country prairie bonnet is sometimes called a poke bonnet and would be a wonderful addition to your country décor. It looks great hanging on a peg rack, on a head form or just about anyplace in your home. This charming bonnet is off white with very pale pink, almost white, edging around the bonnet brim. The brim is stiffened with starch or some form of stiffening. There are ties under the chin with elastic gathering the back. This bonnet is in good condition with a repaired rip in the back of about 1½ inches. There are age spots and stains on the bonnet which adds to the primitive quality. This is a woman\'s size bonnet. This bonnet comes from a pet free and smoke free home. All items are described to the best of my ability and sold as such. The wire stand is NOT included.
