*ALL SHIPPING INCLUDES INSURANCE & TRACKING*This is an gorgeous Antique Westmoreland Blue Opaque White Headed Hen On Nest. It is a Westmoreland #2 - 5\" Hen (Kovar HN-2) from the early 1900\'s as seen in Glass Hen Nest Covered Dishes Identification & Value Guide. Between 1900-1904, Westmoreland made these hens on nests and called them \"packer dishes\". They were sold filled with mustard, baking powder and other various condiments. They weren\'t marked in the glass with logos at this time. Instead they came marked with a red & yellow label or sticker, that is missing from this piece which is not unusual given its age. This is an amazing piece as I cannot find anything wrong with it. No breaks, cracks or repairs. If I really nitpick, I feel two very tiny tiny spots inside the base on the edge which may or may not be a fleabite but that is all, I can barely feel but not see. The size is 4 1/2\" tall, 5 3/8\" long x 4 3/8\" wide. Smoke-free & pet-free. Please email with questions before offerding.
