This is a very neat old wind up toy. The bottom is marked Made in Germany and the wind up works although I am always hesitant to actually use a toy of this vintage. I\'m not sure if this is a German police car but the driver has on a German police uniform with the winged wheels insignia. The toy looks to be from the 20\'s and has very little paint loss. The front wheels \"steer\" as is shown in one of the photos. The front wheels tend to flop as is shown in one of the later photos, looks to me like there is supposed to be a \"stop\" inside the wheel on the axle which is missing. Can\'t find a makers mark but looks very similar to some of the Bing toys. The car measures 14\" long and is 7 1/4\" high. It is not perfect as is shown in the photos but is in very nice original condition. Buyer to pay ACTUAL shipping and insurance costs.
