This quilt has a turkey red background with white polka dots.

It is hand quilted at 5-6 stitches per inch.

It is treadle bound.

It measures 74\" x 70\"

This quilt is in good condition. There is some age spotting and/or light tanning, one block has some fading and some of the red background is slightly faded, in one block there are two splits that are 1\" and 1 1/2\" long, a small amount of binding wear, and a faded mark on the back about 19\" long. (See photos.) There is also a very faint fold line on the back that was too light to photograph.

Nice and early. Unwashed. No odors.

Wonderful color, great design, perfect for the collection or display in the primitive farmhouse!
